This e-book is a how-to guide to connecting to self, community and planet.

The Ecocene is an emergent geologic era where all humyns live in reciprocity with their ecosystems again. This Textbook shares place-based medicine to support humyns in generating the Ecocene starting exactly where they are at. 

Each Chapter shares practical exercises to try at home, Earth-centered theory and spirituality, and testimonios from community members who create planetary liberation in their everyday lives. 

These interviews with Earthworkers Johanna Iraheta, Bruje Fuego, Raquel Lemus, Patty Denisse, Jasmine Nyende, Queen Hollins and Olivia Chumacero shine examples of reciprocal living to us and share in the proceeds of this publication. 

The textbook, glossary and artwork inside are part of Sarita Dougherty’s DIY PhD Dissertation for Pachamama and hope to inspire more people to reclaim their educations, degrees and planetary destinies through creative and generative practices!
